If the system of elections is corrupt then the result is not the electoral “Will of the People.” If the “Will of the People” is corrupt then . . . well . . . that’s why there’s a Psychiatrist General.

Where will you find the plan for Peace? Would the beauty pagent contestant give up air travel for Peace? Would the Pope give up the Vatican for Peace? Who would give up their car for Peace? Where is the plan for Peace? Who has scouted a route to Peace?

The Second Amendment: A population of traffic jamming COMMUTERS being necessary to the security of THE AMERICAN EMPIRE, the right of the people to to keep and bear the deadly force of THEIR AUTOMOBILES, shall not be infringed, subject to, necessarily, the greatest number of laws ever assembled on any single TOPIC. More money is not what's needed but fewer enslaving bills . . . . the automobile. The change needed is a human landscape scaled to relaxed pedestrian and bicycling distances. Rather than congratulating ourselves on how much distance and speed has been conquered, I suggest distance compression instead.
